Spirituality has allowed me to find my purpose. My purpose is to touch each and every person that I encounter or meet. They are able to dig deep within themselves and find out what their life purpose is and what their spirituality is. Spirituality does not mean that you need to be a religious person. It is how you connect: how you connect with life, how you connect with people, how you connect with your job. Spirituality is adhered to you as a person. As in, “Why am I here? What is my purpose? Am I living out my life mission?” You have to lean on your spirituality to make sure you are eating the right foods. It is okay to fall off the wagon, pick yourself up and dust yourself off. We are all trying to stay healthy and whole. Spirituality is extremely important with our overall health and mental well being.
