Dr. Ken Redcross

- Annual Physical Examination
The patient will have a detailed checklist performed on their physical exam to ensure all of the body’s systems are evaluated thoroughly. - Personal Health Records
Individual records are created for each patient, maintaining important medical information for emergency room physicians or specialists if necessary. These records are available to the patient to access at any time. - Personal assistance with facilitated referrals to specialists
This service has proven to be invaluable, as the wait for a specialist can take weeks to months while the patient and his primary care physician must handle the issue on their own until the patient can be seen. - Anytime access to Dr. Redcross via private cell phone and confidential email access for non-emergency medical consultations
This is the hallmark of what a true concierge service should provide. - Skype
Skype will allow the patient to “visit” the physician through video access. This is useful for minor consultations. - Confidential office consultations upon request
When Redcross Concierge patients need to see the doctor without a long-standing appointment. - Homeopathic Therapeutic Options
For the growing number of patients prefer natural options to treat illness, homeopathic medications can be quite effective without the common concerns of side effects. - Recommendations for personal physical fitness programs and healthy eating
Patients will have the opportunity to discuss nutrition and fitness programs with an integrative nutritionist. - House Calls
The revival of the house call allows Redcross Concierge to relive the time when the doctor-patient relationship meant something more than their co-pay and a 15-minute, rushed visit. House calls offer convenience to the patient, while allowing the physician the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of all needs and concerns. - Work Calls
These calls are part of an innovative development that will allow medical care to be provided in the workplace. We feel there is no better place to impact a patient’s life than at the place where they spend over half of their lives. - Preventative Care Cards
These cards are used to track patients preventative care testing to ensure that patient receive all pertinent information, including recent studies and research, based on their age and medical history. - Wellness Calls
Regular calls will be made to “check-in” on patients’ health.
This program may be eligible for reimbursement through section 125 plans, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) etc. It is the Patient’s responsibility to consult with his/her employer, healthcare carrier, and tax adviser regarding such reimbursement. Patient understands that Redcross Concierge, Inc. is not a health insurance company. The services provided by Redcross Concierge do not replace healthcare insurance coverage. Patient understands that the services provided by Redcross Concierge may not be covered by healthcare insurance coverage. Patient understands that he/she is responsible for all fees due and owing to Redcross Concierge.
